3. Booking and Appointments

• Agree to the proposed schedule.

All appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is transparent and competitive. The costs associated with our services will be communicated prior to commencement. Payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure booking.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
• Payment Due Date: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel services with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed based on the nature of the cancellation and the services provided.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Ensure pets are secured to prevent any accidents or injuries.
• Communicate any specific requirements or concerns to our team.

Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of services.

7. Liability

Gardeners Shoreditch strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions in the garden or property.
• Damage resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather.
• Injuries sustained by clients or their guests on the property.

We recommend that clients have appropriate insurance coverage.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials created by Gardeners Shoreditch are the intellectual property of the company. Clients may not reproduce or distribute these materials without explicit permission.

9. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during the provision of services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share client information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Amendments to Terms

Gardeners Shoreditch reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through appropriate channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardeners Shoreditch operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

We reserve the right to terminate services to any client who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in behavior that disrupts our operations. In such cases, refunds for prepaid services will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

12.1 Consequences of Termination

• Immediate Cessation: All services will stop immediately upon termination.
• Final Billing: Any outstanding payments will become due immediately.

13. Force Majeure

Gardeners Shoreditch is not liable for any failure or delay in performing our services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Gardeners Shoreditch regarding the use of our services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.

16. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation. If a resolution is not reached, the dispute may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as a means of settling the matter.

17. Assignment

Clients may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of Gardeners Shoreditch. We reserve the right to assign our rights and obligations as necessary.

All notices under these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to have been given when delivered in person or sent by certified mail to the address provided by the client.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gardeners Shoreditch, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client's use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

By using our services, clients consent to receiving communications electronically. Clients agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Our services may involve interaction with third-party providers. Gardeners Shoreditch is not responsible for the actions or inactions of these third parties and disclaims any liability for their services.
